RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Feetnip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward return and refund process.

  1. RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
  1. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@feetnip.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • For Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, Feetnip will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if the refund was approved or rejected.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  1. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
