DMCA POLICY

Feetnip respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Feetnip website that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

  1. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice, Feetnip will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the site.

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  1. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes your contact information, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
