RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love what you ordered from Feetnip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have **30 days** from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility

We categorize return shipping responsibilities based on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or we sent the incorrect item, Feetnip will take full responsibility. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and you will not incur any costs for the return.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
4. No Restocking Fees

At Feetnip, we do not believe in charging our customers extra to return items. We do **NOT** charge any restocking fees for returned products.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).
  • Please allow up to **10 business days** for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times vary between banks.
6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@feetnip.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
