ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

1. Understanding Our Fulfillment Speed

At Feetnip, our logistics system is designed for maximum efficiency. Once an order is confirmed, it is electronically transmitted to our fulfillment center in Miami, FL, almost immediately. This allows us to maintain our 1-2 day handling time, but it also means the window for cancellations or modifications is extremely narrow.

2. Order Cancellation Procedures

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at support@feetnip.com as soon as possible. – **Cancellations within 6 hours:** We can generally stop the order before it enters the warehouse queue. – **Cancellations after 6 hours:** There is a high probability the order has already been picked, packed, or loaded onto a carrier truck. Once an order has reached the “Processed” or “Shipped” status, it can no longer be canceled.

3. Modifying Order Details (Address, Size, Color)

Accuracy is vital. Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before finalizing payment. If you realize an error has been made, please notify us immediately. – We can only change shipping addresses if the label has not yet been printed. – We cannot add items to an existing order. If you want to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.

4. Handling Orders Already in Transit

If your cancellation request arrives after the order has shipped, we cannot recall the package from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). In this case, you must wait to receive the package and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to send it back for a refund. Please note that for change-of-mind cancellations after shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Issuance for Canceled Orders

Upon a successful cancellation, a full refund of the purchase price and the $6.99 shipping fee will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to be finalized and reflected in your balance.
