ORDER CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Feetnip, we process our orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Therefore, we have specific guidelines for changing or cancelling an order.
- HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email:
- Email: support@feetnip.com
- Subject Line: Please include “Order Change” or “Order Cancellation” followed by your Order Number.
- TIME LIMIT FOR CHANGES
Because we aim for a 1-3 business day processing time:
- Change/Cancellation Window: You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed or handed over to our shipping carriers. Once an order is in the shipping stage, we cannot modify or cancel it.
- TYPES OF CHANGES ALLOWED
Within the allowed time window, you may request:
- Address Correction: Updating a typo in your shipping address.
- Item Change: Swapping a size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).
- Quantity Update: Adding or removing items from your order.
- IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to change it:
- You will need to wait for the package to arrive.
- You can then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item and place a new order.
- Please note that shipping fees for returns in this case are the responsibility of the customer.
- REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If your cancellation request is successful and within the 12-hour window:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
