SHIPPING POLICY

At Feetnip, we strive to provide you with a transparent and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery timelines to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We currently ship to customers within the United States. Our delivery timelines and costs are as follows:

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.
• Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total delivery time = Processing time (1-3 days) + Transit time (5-8 days).

3. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders received after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. These include:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL Express

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

We can only change the shipping address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@feetnip.com if you need to update your delivery information.

7. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
