- How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders delivered within the United States. This fee will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Therefore, you can expect to receive your package within 6 – 11 business days after placing your order.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to customers within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the future.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, we accept order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately at support@feetnip.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any further changes.
- How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, an email notification will be sent to you containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.
- What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
