2. Shipping Destination and Restrictions

At this moment, Feetnip exclusively serves customers located within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We have chosen to focus on domestic logistics to ensure we can guarantee the $6.99 flat-rate shipping and maintain our delivery timeframes of 3 to 9 business days. We do not currently support international shipping to countries outside the U.S.

3. Detailed Shipping Timeline and Costs

How much is shipping? We charge a fixed fee of $6.99 per order. This is a flat rate regardless of how many items you purchase. When will I get my package? Your total delivery time is split into two phases: – Handling Time: 1-2 business days for quality check and packaging. – Transit Time: 2-7 business days depending on your distance from our Miami facility. Combined, you can expect your order within 3-9 business days.

4. Order Tracking and Carrier Information

We utilize a multi-carrier shipping strategy to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. This email includes your unique tracking number. Please note that tracking links may take up to 48 hours to display active movement as carriers scan the packages through their sorting facilities.

5. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We offer a generous 30-day return window. If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Feetnip will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to “customer remorse” (e.g., you changed your mind or selected the wrong variant), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We are proud to state that we do not charge any restocking fees.
